Five hot sauces. All heat. Zero apologies.

Made from peppers we grow ourselves, bottled in small batches, and sold at the Maryville Farmers Market by people who take hot sauce a little too seriously. Five bottles, five very different kinds of kick — now including two smoked sauces from Clint's own smoker. If your favorite sells out, that's deeply tragic — and probably because you showed up at 11:12.

Hot Sauces

Pick your pepper mood: rich fermented depth, classic buffalo bite, bright vinegar-forward snap, or real wood smoke straight off Clint's smoker. Same farm, same small-batch care, very different kinds of kick.

Kanga's Kick

🌶🌶🌶 Medium

The one you'll put on eggs. And then everything else.

Fermented serrano peppers, garlic, and brown sugar. Think sriracha, but made by people who actually eat hot sauce. Smooth, tangy, and dangerously versatile.

  • Fermented depth with a balanced, tangy finish
  • Smooth and pourable — an everyday workhorse
  • Heat that builds without punishing you

Good on: eggs, tacos, stir-fry, marinades

Only a Few Left

Kanga's Bark

🌶🌶🌶🌶 Hot

It will ruin store-bought buffalo sauce for you. Sorry not sorry.

Cayenne-forward with a slightly salty edge. Classic buffalo profile, no fluff. Built for wings but absolutely not picky about where it ends up.

  • Clean cayenne heat with a proper salty finish
  • Right consistency for wings, dipping, or tossing
  • Simple, bold, and seriously satisfying

Good on: wings, fried chicken, fries, sandwiches

Kanga's Bite

🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 Extra Hot

Tabasco-style with a molasses twist it refuses to explain.

Aged peppers, vinegar-forward, with just enough molasses to make it interesting. Sharp, clean heat that wakes up anything it touches. Classic with a quiet bad influence.

  • Bright vinegar kick with depth from aged peppers
  • Molasses adds richness without killing the tang
  • Thin and splashable — drizzle it on everything

Good on: eggs, oysters, greens, soups

Clint's Lucky Day

🌶🌶🌶🌶 Hot

Smoky, bold, and just enough heat to make you feel like you got away with something.

Farm-grown jalapeños, smoked low and slow because Clint doesn't believe in shortcuts. He runs the smoker, we just take credit. The result is round, smoky heat with a green-pepper snap underneath.

  • Real wood smoke, not a liquid-smoke imitation
  • Bold jalapeño heat with a smooth, smoky finish
  • Thick enough to cling, easy enough to pour

Good on: burgers, tacos, grilled anything, eggs

Clint's Smokin' Gun

🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 Extra Hot

You won't get away with anything.

Smoked habanero, no dilution, no mercy. Same smoker as Lucky Day, same dog on duty, considerably less forgiving. Deep smoke up front, then heat that keeps its word.

  • Real wood-smoked habanero, front to back
  • Serious, lingering heat — not for the faint of heart
  • Small batch. Comes early or comes back next Saturday.

Good on: wings, chili, anything that needs to be taken down a peg

Coming... Eventually

Ghost Peppers. Carolina Reapers. Bad Decisions.

We made a batch. We tasted it. We're still thinking about it, and not in a good way.

This one didn't come out balanced. It came out personal. It doesn't want to go on your eggs. It wants to be left alone in a locked cabinet where it can't hurt anyone. Kanga wouldn't come near it. Clint respected it, which frankly is worse.

We put a drop on a wing. The wing filed a complaint.

We're bottling it anyway, because apparently we learned nothing and we have no supervision.

No name. No date. No warning label that would actually cover it. Just a heads up that it's coming, and it knows where you live. 🌶️🔥 Follow @kangasrunfarm to be the first to know.
